Co-founder of Chumba Concept Salons, Founder of Belinda Keeley Education, Multi Award Winning Hairdresser and Business Woman, Educator, Mother of three and International Athlete Belinda Keeley defines what it is to be the “Woman that has it all”. She is the leader of the Chumba family and figure head of the company. Her graceful ease in salon and on stage makes her an inspiration to a multitude of working woman who look to her as an inspiration professionally and personally.

LISA RAVECH – Chairperson of Judges, HBIA 2017
Lisa has been a successful competitor in many industry competitions as well as being a judge and Chairperson of Judges for the International Society of Hairdressers.
Having trained at Vidal Sassoon in London and the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis, she brings a technical knowledge that is both varied and environmentally conscious.
Lisa views her work from the perspective of a perfectionist, whether in the salon, the judging floor or behind the photographer’s lens.
Lisa’s abilities, qualities and achievements have earned her great respect from her peers within the hairdressing industry.
GEOFFREY HERBERG – Chairperson of Judges, HBIA 2017
Boasting a stellar career in hair fashion and education, Geoffrey has received more than 500 awards at local, national and international levels since entering the hair industry in 1988, where he fast tracked his status from a young apprentice to senior stylist, art director, technical manager, brand ambassador, mentor and guest educator for high profile brands such as Schwarzkopf, Kérastase, L’Oréal Professionel and most recently, cult brands Urban Tribe and milk_shake.
Geoffrey has been a judge for nearly 25 years at hairdressing events both here in melbourne and all around Australia and has also been a specially invited guest judge in America the United Kingdom and also at the Asian Hairdressing awards .
Geoffrey has held the position of Hair Director for Mercedes Benz Brisbane Fashion Festival, Australian Fashion Week Sydney and Melbourne Fashion Festival countless times. He loves nothing more than the hustle and bustle of being backstage or styling hair for editorial campaigns and is currently represented by illuminate Management.
Since 2012 Geoffrey has been cultivating his boutique education business Geoffrey Herberg Education, which has again in 2017 been announced as finalist in the AHFA excllence in Education category . created to address a compelling need in the marketplace for relevant, inspirational and bespoke education targeting small to medium businesses in suburban and regional locations across Australia. The business is expanding to cater to demand, reaching more and more hairdressers both within Australia and now internationally and positively impacting their lives.
Geoffrey also spends several days a week on the floor as a stylist at high profile Brisbane salon Crawfords, Geoffrey is a talented all rounder whose impressive skills range from creative and precision cutting and all aspects of colour work through to session styling and bridal couture. In demand as both a stylist and educator, he strives for perfection and has a passion for sharing his skills and knowledge. Geoffrey has been recognised for his talents with many awards to his name, being a finalist and in some cases winner of many high profile competitions over the past 12 years. These include AHFA Avant Garde Hairdresser of the Year, AHFA Creative Colourist of the Year, AHFA Australian Hairdresser of the Year, Hair Expo Photographic Collection, Hair Expo Educator of the Year, HBIA Photographic Front Cover, Face of IHS and L’Oréal Colour Trophy QLD.
